ECCO OUTLET MERRIMACK

I brought my Wife and Daughter in to look at shoes on Friday. We met Adam the manager. He went above and beyond to assist with sizing and fit. We were all very impressed with the service.

I bought the shoe from the store today and and try to walk out of the store less then 2 minutes then I come back and exchange they told me they cannot accept it because I walk out of store. I will be back and never buy anything from you guys again.

Stephanie was above and beyond. She find my need match it with the right product. So, Ecco got me as a new customer, because of Stephanie. You were the best, thank you so much.

Fantastic staff. Ordered a pair of shoes to be sent to me as they were out of my size. Amazing thing was...it was a clearance shoe. Very, very helpful. Fabulous shoes. Highly recommend.

Unfriendly staff. Didn't even greet.
